Description
Black Rock Villas offers two very spacious 8m x 10m two bedroom, two bathroom villas with a spacious verandah and private garden area.
Care has been taken in both the design and interior of these villas with a modern finish. The contemporary design extends to the appliances in the kitchen which include a dishwasher, microwave, full fridge freezer, gas cooker and all the other necessary items required to cook with ease. The water is UV-filtered and perfect for drinking and is heated by solar power. All houses have roof overlaps and screened windows to provide good airflow and to ensure privacy.
For your entertainment there is a 29" TV and DVD with a telephone and telephone jack for your computer. The living area features comfortable seating for TV viewing, reading and relaxing.
The bedrooms and bathrooms are designed with the tropics in mind. All windows and ranch sliders are screened.
The beds are queen size and comfortable. The showers are roomy with a plentiful water supply. A walk-in wardrobe with its own ventilation provides ample storage space and houses a safe for your valuables.
Outdoor living can certainly be enjoyed in the privacy of your backyard with a barbeque in the private garden or dine out on your verandah with outdoor table, chairs and loungers.
As this is off the beach living, great thought has been taken with the inclusion of a horizon pool.
The large pool is designed with the serious swimmer in mind: it is 1.6 m deep and 16m long. Children should be supervised at all times. It is a fresh salt water pool, caring for guests and the environment by using no chlorine.
Children under 12 years are welcome!
Tariff information
- The following services are included in the rates:
* Starter pack inc. milk, sugar, tea, coffee, bread & fruit basket are provided on arrival.
* UV and carbon-filtered water from every tap at the Villas
* TV, DVD, Dishwasher, Microwave, Washing machine, Computer Jack, Telephone etc.
Rates are as below:
$275.00 per night for 2 persons.
$325.00 per night for 3 persons.
$350.00 per night for 4 persons.
* All major credit cards accepted.
* Deposit of 1 day accommodation is required.
* Refundable if cancellation 30 days before departure.
* No Refund for early departure.
* If for any reason you have to leave early, you still have to pay the full amount outstanding.
* It is always advisable to take out travel insurance.
The following services are available but not included in the weekly rate:
* Full catering service
* Reasonable Airport transfer on arrival and for your departure
* Introduction to scuba diving, using professional equipments
There is usually a minimum stay of 7 nights, however we are happy to consider your request.
