Description
Iro’s Beach Villa is a modern 2-bedroom (each with an ensuite bathroom) villa and includes all the modern features required for a relaxing holiday. Fascinating sunsets and lagoon views can be captured from the front deck, or better yet enjoy the views from the privacy of both the living and sleeping areas. Every day is welcomed to the sight of a white sandy beach, blue lagoon and a cool South Pacific breeze. Time is spent soaking the sun, taking a reef walk, swimming or just relaxing.
The two bedrooms are situated at each end of the villa. The bedrooms are separated by the fully equipped kitchen and the open-spaced living room and lounge which is complete with plenty of entertainment options. There is air-conditioning and fans for your comfort.
The living area extends out onto a roomy beachfront deck complete with BBQ, outdoor dining furniture and sunloungers.
Dining & Entertainment...
Restaurants and grocery stores are all within walking distances of the villa - 5 minutes at the most or enjoy lunch at the Saltwater Cafe, dinner at the Pawpaw Patch or the famous Vaima Restaurant which are all based in the district.
Children under 12 years are welcome!
Tariff information
The price for Iro's Beach Villa starts at NZ$2030.00 per week [7 nights] for two people [adults are 12 years and over].
The nightly rate is NZ$290.00 for two people. Additional adults are NZ$50.00 per person per night. Additional children are NZ$30.00 per person per night.
There is usually a minimum stay of 7 nights, however we are happy to consider your request.
