Kathy’s has been very tastefully decorated with polished wooden floors and a great balance of comfort and style. The main living area is extremely spacious [even with a full house!] and includes an open plan kitchen and lounge/living area with all the mod cons.
There are 3 spacious bedrooms. The main bedroom on the upper level has an ensuite bathroom with doors that open out onto the deck and the spectacular ocean views.
The second and third bedrooms are downstairs with another king size bed, the third bedroom also has a king size bed which can be split into 2x king singles. The bedrooms are off an open planned area that also has a TV and DVD. This area follows that of upstairs with doors opening out towards the ocean, an ideal space definitely built with kids in mind. There is a second bathroom with shower and toilet.
Take some steps up to a mezzanine and you have a small office setup with computer...
Great indoor/outdoor living has been achieved here with expansive sliding glass doors and windows that open out onto the deck that surrounds the front of the house. Full laundry facilities are provided on the ground level including washing machine and dryers and a clothes line.
Children under 12 years are welcome!

NZ$250.00 per night for 2 adults (NZ$1750.00 per week)
NZ$30.00 per night for extra adults (Adults are 12 years and over)
Children 5-11 years are NZ$10.00 per person per night and Children 0-4 stay free
