Rarotonga Backpackers offers two beautiful locations on the western side of the island, both with swimming pools.
The multi-level HILLSIDE property is located in a secluded spot, 300 metres from the popular Raemaru track yet still only 400 metres from the beach and coconut rat race & offers both dorm and bungalow accommodation.
The BEACHSIDE complex has a great range of accommodation to suit all types of travellers, not just backpackers...offers double and triples with ensuite, triple/twin/single/dorm with shared facilities, stand alone and self-contained beach huts and self-contained beachside units, their prime accommodation. At the beachside complex you have the choice of fully self-contained units, rooms and dorm facilities or a beach house to rent just a few doors down.

Beachside property
Self-contained Studio units - absolute beachfront these units sleep up to 4 people with own kitchen and bathroom, ceiling fan, insect screens and balcony overlooking the lagoon.
Tariff details: NZ$127.00 per night for one or two people, NZ$135.00 for three people &
4 people will be NZ$150.00 per night.
There is a Beach House for rent, again absolute beachfront with two double rooms about 500 metres from the main complex. The house has its own fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, laundry and there is a phone (local calls are free).
Tariff details: NZ$105.00 per night for two people or NZ$130.00 for 4 people per night.
There is a Beach Bach, a fully self-contained one bedroom unit
Tariff details: NZ$92.00 per night for two people
Ensuite rooms are double or triple rooms with own bathroom facilities.
Tariff details: Double ensuite is NZ$62.00 per night and triple ensuite is NZ$75.00 per night.
Dormitory rooms are comfortable and clean with shared facilities.
