Beachfront Villas / Bungalows...
Our stunningly designed beach resort villas are artfully situated so that the totally uninterrupted view of the lagoon can be enjoyed from both living and sleeping areas, which are completely private. One bedroom beachfront bungalows and two bedroom beach bungalows are available.
If you must, create a special tropical island treat in the designer kitchen of your luxury Cook Islands beachfront villa. Each villa kitchen comes complete with dishwasher, fridge/freezer, convection/microwave oven and two hob stove top.
Snuggle up and enjoy the comfortable luxury of the lounge area while listening to complimentary CDs or watching a DVD on the home theatre system.
Further indulge yourself in the luxury of the spacious en suite bathroom with double head porcelain tiled shower, bidet, toilet and vanity. Finish by enveloping yourself in a thick fluffy luxurious bath robe provided for each special guest.
As the splendour of the Cook Islands sunset fades, retire to your sumptuous king size four poster bed sensually draped with soft gauze to be lulled to sleep by the soft romantic sounds of the warm tropical south pacific night.
The second bedroom of your luxury Cook Islands accommodation can be arranged to accommodate another couple in king size bed or two single beds.
Step into the luxurious en suite bathroom of the second bedroom, with porcelain tiled shower, bidet, toilet and vanity.
A large television, DVD/CD player completes the luxury and privacy of the guests in the second bedroom of the absolute beachfront villa.
Sea Change Lagoon View Plantation Villas...
Equally luxurious are Sea Changes' Lagoon View Plantation Villas. Colonial in design, but with all the modern features required to make your Rarotonga vacation a very memorable occasion. Both one-bedroom villas and two bedroom villas enjoy lagoon views from their front decks and their own private swimming pools looking to the mountain vistas to the rear.
Our luxury lagoon view plantation and beach villa accommodation has fully equipped designed kitchens all with dishwashers, fridge/freezers, convection/microwave ovens and gas hobs.
Lounge area has a home theatre system with complimentary DVDs and CDs provided.
Four poster king beds adorned with gauze curtaining are a feature in the bedrooms. En suite bathrooms are spacious with double headed porcelain tiled showers, Italian toilets and pedestal basins.
Your own private fresh water simming pool is designed so that you can sit and enjoy a refreshing cook drink while having a soak and taking in the spectacular mountain views.
The second bedroom in our Plantation Villas opens out onto a large private deck. Bedding arrangement will be to your requirements, either two single beds or one king size bed.
Rarotonga Pacific Ocean and Reef View Plantation Executive Villas...
These new two bedroom villas extend the resorts appeal beyond the classic romantic getaway as they also enjoy their own games room making them perfect for a family with teenagers or two couples travelling together. These spacious, luxurious two bedroom villas enjoy lovely views out to the reef, while the pool and al-fresco dining area at the rear enjoy tranquil views of tropical vegetation and mountaintops.
Choose from one of two luxury two-bedroom executive villas on our plantation, each with their own private fresh water swimming pool, large expansive outdoor decking areas and a games room - perfect entertainment for teenagers.
Extremely spacious at more than 190sqm, the Plantation Executive Villas have been designed for year round living.
On the top floor you will find two bedrooms, both with ensuites, a large open plan living area with a 42' Plasma screen and home theatre along with a very spacious full kitchen that leads out to the covered verandah for al-fresco dining beside your very own fresh water swimming pool. Views to the reef and Pacific Ocean can be enjoyed from both the living area and the master bedroom.
Downstairs is a games room complete with table tennis, darts, table soccor, and a weight station together with your own laundry and garage.
Located on a gentle rise behind the Plantation Villas, the views out to the lagoon and further to the Pacific Ocean are absolutely stunning. A walkway is provided beside the Beach Front Villas for easy beach access.

1 bedroom Lagoon View Plantation Villa is NZ$495.00 per night for two people (maximum two people)
2 bedroom Lagoon View Plantation Villa is is NZ$595.00 per night for two people, NZ$620.00 per night for triple share...quad share is NZ$745.00 (maximum 4 people)
2 bedroom Plantation Executive Villa is NZ$595.00 per night for two people and triple share is NZ$745.00 and quad share is NZ$895.00 (maximum 5 people)
Children under 12 are not accepted at this property
Minimum stay is 3 nights
The above tariff includes all taxes and return Internation airport transfers.
Cancellation and non arrival policy applies to all bookings made at Sea Change Villas
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations must be in writing and received by Sea Change Villas 30 days prior to scheduled arrival dated.
* Cancellations recevied more than 30 days prior to arrival will receive a full refund less 7% to cover credit card administration fees
* Cancellations received between 15 & 30 days of travel will incur a 50% cancellation fee
* Cancellations received 14 days or less from the scheduled arrival date will be charged a 100%
cancellation fee.
* No Shows or reductions to your stay while at Sea Change will incur the full amount of the
reservation made.
We are a very popular Traveler choice and are often booked out in advance and so for this reason we are unable to deviate from our cancellation policy which is strictly enforced. We strongly recommend guests take our Travel Insurance to guard against unforeseen eventualities.
To secure your booking, 30% deposit of total amount of cost of booking is required at time of confirmation of booking. A further 20% is deducted 30 days prior to arrival
