Whitesands Beach Villas has three mezzanine floor villas literally right on the beach of Titikaveka, Rarotonga. Whitesands Villas are located in Titikaveka on the southern coast of Rarotonga, Cook Islands. Titikaveka is well known for being one of Raro’s best beaches for swimming and snorkelling.
Each villa has one bedroom with king-size bed and a mezzanine with 3 single beds. All beds can be made into doubles or singles, the choice is yours.
Each villa can comfortably sleep up to 5 people. The villas have a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, fridge/freezer, four burner cook top, crockery and cooking utensils. Indoor/outdoor living is made easy with a 6x3m ocean deck with dining table and chairs. The elevation of these villas really maximises the wonderful views of the lagoon and ocean. For your entertainment there is a TV, DVD Player, CD Stereo, barbeque, entertainment area and complimentary kayaks.
Each villa has an outdoor shower for those beach days. Insect screens, fans and security screens on the windows are there for your comfort and safety.
There is also an electronic safe for any valuables. A washing machine and ironing facilities are in your villa. There is daily servicing (except Sundays), On arrival a complimentary fresh fruit basket is provided for your enjoyment.
Having three villas and a two-bedroom house on the same property makes Whitesands Beach Villas an ideal spot for large groups of people, family and friends.

The price for Whitesands Beach Villas starts at NZ$1925.00 per week [7 nights] for 2 people [adults are 12 years and over].
Additional nights are at NZ$275.00.
Additional people are NZ$25.00 per person per night.
There is also a beach house, Mii's to the rear of the villas with all amenities and can sleep up to 5 people.
The pricing for Mii's starts at NZ$1400.00 per week [7 nights] for 2 people [adults are 12 years and over].
Additional nights are at NZ$200.00.
Additional people are NZ$25.00 per person per night.
Children are welcome, special conditions apply.
The minimum stay is 3 nights.
